Alison Krauss, born in Decatur, Illinois on 23 July 1971 is a popular and rich Country Singer. LeAnnekymes and she were both among the youngest Grammy Award winners. Alison Maria Krauss - born on the 23rd of July 1971 is an American bluegrass and country singer. Alison Krauss started her career in music as a child she was winning competitions in her local area at the age of 10. The singer-songwriter recorded her first time at age fourteen. The year 1985 saw her signed with Rounder Records and in 1987 released her debut solo album. In 1989, she was invited to be a part of Alison Krauss & Union Station with whom she performs.
